Hi! How are you? I arrived safely in Atlanta and I’m writing to you right away like I promised.
I am staying with a very nice family here, the Garrets. I will be staying here most of the summer. Atlanta is a very nice city. I have a good time.
The Garrets have two daughters, Natalie and Alison. Natalie is 16. She will have finished high school by June and will be attending college next year. She’s just got her driver’s license. So now she drives herself to school and work. Natalie works in a fast-food restaurant at the shopping mall. She is saving money for college.
Alison is her younger sister. She has a lot of interesting hobbies.
I’m going to a baseball game in Atlanta. They have a baseball team called the Atlanta Braves.
Have you ever heard of them? Do you play baseball? How do you spend your summer vocations?
Please write me soon and let me know when you’re going to Washington with your family.
